Account Deletion Request – EasyCare 365

This page is provided by EASY HEALTH CARE 101 PTY LTD for users of EasyCare 365 to request account deletion and understand which data is deleted versus retained for compliance.

How to request account deletion

  • Sign in to your account in the mobile app or web app.
  • Open Profile and choose Delete Account.
  • Confirm deletion. Your account is deactivated and active subscriptions are cancelled.
  • You are signed out from active sessions and connected notification devices are deactivated.

If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered email address and include your full name and registered phone number for identity verification.

Data deleted

  • Account access status (account is deactivated).
  • Active push/device registrations used for notifications.
  • Active subscription state is cancelled to prevent continued service billing semantics.

Data retained

  • Transactional, billing, and invoice records retained for legal, tax, and financial compliance.
  • Security and audit logs retained for fraud prevention, legal defense, and platform security.
  • Healthcare/care-service records retained only where required by applicable health, legal, or regulatory obligations.

Retention period: data is retained only for the minimum period required by applicable law, regulation, fraud prevention, and security obligations.

GDPR rights

  • Right to erasure (Article 17), subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right of access and rectification for your personal data.
  • Right to object/restrict processing where legally applicable.
