Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about providing premium healthcare for your parents in Nepal, managed comfortably from Australia.
General Overview
EasyCare 365 is a comprehensive healthcare subscription service designed for Nepalese families living abroad, particularly in Australia. We allow you to manage and monitor the health of your elderly parents in Nepal through scheduled checkups, home visits, and emergency support, all coordinated via our digital platform.
Once you subscribe to a plan, we assign a dedicated Care Coordinator to your parents. They schedule initial health assessments, manage monthly visits, and ensure medication refills are delivered. You receive real-time updates and health reports directly on your dashboard.
Currently, we provide full service coverage in the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur), Pokhara, and Chitwan. We are actively expanding to other major cities like Biratnagar and Butwal.
Subscription Plans
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Prorated refunds are not available for downgrades mid-cycle.
The Premium Plan (our annual rate) is our most comprehensive option. It includes monthly nurse visits, chronic disease monitoring, unlimited pharmacy delivery coordination, 4 NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) trips per year, and a dedicated senior care coordinator available 24/7.
Medical Services
We partner with top-tier hospitals and NMC (Nepal Medical Council) registered physicians. All doctors undergo a rigorous background check and verification process to ensure your parents receive the best possible care.
In case of an emergency, our 24/7 support line can dispatch an ambulance immediately. We coordinate with the nearest partner hospital for admission. While the subscription covers coordination, hospital charges are billed separately or covered by insurance if applicable.
