We currently operate in Kathmandu Valley, with plans to expand to major cities across Nepal.

Yes. You will receive regular updates including appointment confirmations, medication delivery status, and care coordination updates.
Yes. Our platform provides direct communication with care coordinators for real-time updates and support.
Services
EasyCare365 provides doctor appointment coordination, medicine ordering and delivery, patient transport services, hospital assistance, digital medical records, and subscription-based care plans.
We provide rapid patient transport and coordination support. For life-threatening situations, contact local emergency services first or let us coordinate local emergency services. A family member who has been appointed as the emergency contact should be present.
Yes. EasyCare365 is designed to support ongoing care management, including medication adherence and follow-ups.
Payments & Subscription
Users can subscribe monthly or annually to access coordinated healthcare services.
Yes. We support international payments for diaspora users.
Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, access to premium features is discontinued.
Privacy & Security

Only authorized users such as you and your family, assigned care coordinators, and healthcare providers involved in care can access the patient’s medical information.
