Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the EasyCare365 platform and its healthcare coordination services.

Effective date: April 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyCare365 (“Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

EasyCare365 provides a healthcare coordination and facilitation platform, including appointment scheduling, medicine ordering and delivery, patient transport coordination, care coordination services, and digital health record management.

Important: EasyCare365 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by licensed third-party healthcare professionals and institutions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete information, and have legal authority to act on behalf of a patient where applicable. Diaspora users confirm they have consent from the patient in Nepal.

4. User Accounts

You agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials, provide accurate patient and personal data, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

5. Consent for Healthcare Coordination

By using the Platform, you authorize EasyCare365 to coordinate services with hospitals, pharmacies, and providers, consent to sharing necessary medical and personal data for care delivery, and confirm patient consent has been obtained where applicable.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription and service fees are displayed on the platform and may vary by service and plan. Payments may be made from within or outside Nepal. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and transaction fees. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, with exceptions considered at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

EasyCare365 works with hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, laboratories and diagnostic services, and non-emergency medical transport providers. We are not responsible for the quality of medical treatment, healthcare outcomes, or actions or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Emergency Disclaimer

EasyCare365 is not an emergency service provider. In case of a medical emergency, users must contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyCare365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and is not liable for medical outcomes or treatment decisions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 3 months.

10. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable safeguards, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and data transmission involves inherent risks.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, misuse the platform for illegal activities, or interfere with system security or operations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on EasyCare365 are owned by Easy Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without permission.

13. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. We may suspend or modify services at any time.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or there is suspected misuse or fraud. Users may terminate their account at any time.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyCare365 from claims arising from misuse of the platform, unauthorized actions on behalf of a patient, or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
